West Los Angeles College (WLAC) has partnered with prestigious Brandman, Fort Hays and Regis Universities to offer international students an online path to earning a Bachelor's Degree. Through these partnership, students are able to complete the first half of their Bachelor’s degree through WLAC at a tuition rate among the lowest in the nation.

The student may then advance to Brandman, Fort Hays or Regis University’s online program to complete the second half. A full-time student taking 16 units may complete the program in just 4 years.

Students must apply for admissions to Brandman, Fort Hays and Regis University separately. Students who sucessfully complete one of the two West Online International Associate degrees, and meet a few other requirements specified by the universities, will be accepted to either university as a 3rd year student. Or, the student may apply to any other university as a 3rd year student through a process called "Transfer."

Why start at WLAC?

SAVINGS & ATTENTION: By starting at WLAC, students can enjoy significant tuition savings while completing their lower division courses. WLAC’s classes, taught by professors holding Master’s Degrees and Ph.D.s, are typically smaller than university classes allowing students to receive more attention from their instructors.

For decades, American students have enjoyed the privilege of completing their lower division courses at a community college like WLAC before transferring to a university to complete their upper division requirements. Community colleges offer students lower tuition than universities. WLAC is part of the California community college system. Thanks to California’s commitment to higher education, our tuition is among the lowest available in the United States.

Additionally, WLAC courses transfer to the universities in its family including UCLA, UC Berkeley and the 23 California State Universities in addition to most other major universities including USC and Stanford.
